We are a home-based breeder of pet rats currently located in Atlanta, Georgia and have been avid rat enthusiast since 1999. In 2001, Phoenix Gate Rattery (Px) was formed and we have committed ourselves to excellence in temperaments, health, longevity and type of each rat. Each carefully planned litter is lovingly raised and socialized from day one. All residents are royally spoiled and well cared for in a loving environment. We are known as being the one of the best established, producing the sweetest laid back pet rats around and for being one of the longest running ratteries in the country.

We are currently on a Breeding Hold as of Jan 2021! Some BIG news coming for 2022 though, We will be resuming our original J Line with Russian Blues / Moons and will be back to producing amazing friendly, healthy, CARb & RBF-free babies! Please note at this time I will not be actively answering emails until we are closer to the new year and the ratties are here, another round of serology tests are negative and breeding plans are in place. We will start the wait lists over and be revamping the website along with updated adoption policies and pricing at that time. We specialize in Russian Blues and Moons though we sometimes have various other varieties occur in our lines as well. We work with well established lines and currently are working with our original J-Line, along with Blackstone Valley Rattery (BSVR) & Bellaratta's Nest (BN).
